The New Jersey Devils, now 13-4-1 after extending their road point streak to five on the back of two wins, collide with the Tampa Bay Lightning, mired at 9-7-2 and desperate for home-ice redemption amid a middling 4-5-0 mark at Amalie Arena.

The Devils continue to press on without Jack Hughes. However, they’re seemingly getting two key contributors back in the lineup in Connor Brown and Dougie Hamilton. We’ll know more when head coach Sheldon Keefe speaks later this afternoon.

The Lightning, sparked by Nikita Kucherov (8G, 8A) and Jake Guentzel (8G, 9A), aim to get back into the win column after dropping their last game. Further, they seek revenge against the Devils who defeated them 5-3 in their first meeting earlier this season.

Let’s dive into tonight’s matchup.

What to Know vs. Lightning

— The Devils and Tampa Bay meet for the second of three contests this season.
