The Miami Hurricanes had a dismal showing in the Pinstripe Bowl on Thursday, losing 35-3 to Wisconsin.
Luther Campbell, the former front man of 2 Live Crew, made his opinions known.
Campbell released a series of of tweets about the state of the Hurricanes. In one of them, he made it clear that he wants FAU coach Lane Kiffin to lead the Hurricanes.
I want Lane kiffin as the Head Coach it's just as simple as that

In another tweet, which contained foul language, he blasted the overall state of the program.
“F*** this hire Lane kiffin now he does not want a big contract he understands the situation this is some b***s***.”
Kiffin has had a mixed coaching career. He has a 51-31 overall record. FAU is 16-10 the two years since he’s been the coach. In 2018, though, the Owls were 5-7.
In three years with Miami, Mark Richt has guided the program to a 26-13 record. The Hurricanes went 10-3 in 2017, which was sandwiched between a 9-4 season in 2016 and a 7-6 mark this year.
