Monday morning just got a lot worse for Dallas Cowboys team owner Jerry Jones. Just hours after his franchise lost a tough Monday Night Football battle to their NFC East division rival Philadelphia Eagles, a new bombshell has dropped, accusing Jones of a disgusting act.

According to Amy Dash of League of Justice, Jones is being accused of sexually assaulting a woman while members of the Dallas Cowboys football team were present.

While the woman wishes to remain anonymous, filing the suit under a pseudonym, she alleges Jones “forcibly kissed her on the mouth without her consent” on or near September 16, 2018, in the “Tom Landry Room” at AT&T Stadium, where the Cowboys play. The lawsuit adds that Jones inserted his tongue in her mouth and grabbed and forcibly groped her.

She claims several current and former members of the team were on hand for the spectacle, including former head coach Jason Garrett, star running back Ezekiel Elliott, Tyrone Crawford, Tyron Smith, and others. Other named witnesses include Demarcus Lawrence as well as Eugenia Jones, who is married to Jerry.

The plaintiff alleges that the situation led to “severe injuries, emotional distress, psychological pain and suffering, and medical expenses,” among other things. She adds that she continues to have “nightmares” about what Jones did to her and has been nervous around men ever since.

Meanwhile, attorneys for the Cowboys have responded to the suit, suggesting the allegations are “conclusory and vague” and “lacked any factual support.”

Clearly, this is an ongoing battle that won’t be disappearing any time soon.

Despite the case being initially opened back in September 2020, a new court date for December 5, 2022, has been set.
