The 2024 NBA Playoffs are now in full gear. Three games were on Monday’s slate, starting with the Cleveland Cavaliers hosting the Orlando Magic.

Orlando proved to be no competition for Cleveland, losing by the score of 96-86 to fall down 2-0 in the first-round playoff series.

Later in the evening, the New York Knicks maintained home-court advantage with a hard-fought Game 2 win over the Philadelphia 76ers. A huge three-pointer by Donte DiVincenzo played a big role in New York’s 104-101 win.

As for the night cap, the defending champion Denver Nuggets defeated the Los Angeles Lakers on a buzzer beater from star guard Jamal Murray to take a 2-0 series lead.

Here is a look at the winners and losers from Monday’s NBA Playoff action.
