Pittsburgh Steelers stars James Conner and JuJu Smith-Schuster have both been ruled out for Sunday’s important game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Adam Caplan of ESPN shared the injury updates on these two stars:
Conner has been out most of the past five games due to a shoulder injury he suffered toward the end of his best game of the year, against the Miami Dolphins. He attempted to come back after two games but didn’t last the full game before re-aggravating the injury.
Smith-Schuster has missed the past two games with a knee injury.
These two young stars represent the most potent weapons on Pittsburgh’s offense. Needless to say, other players like James Washington, Diontae Johnson and Jaylen Samuels need to step up for the 7-5 Steelers, who are in danger of missing the playoffs with a poor finish this season.
