The Dallas Cowboys had to feel confident heading into Sunday’s game against the injury-plagued Eagles in Philadelphia.
A win here would have clinched the NFC East. Instead, Jason Garrett’s squad came out flat and fell by the score of 17-9.
Barring a win over the Redskins and an Eagles loss to the Giants next week, this means that Dallas will not be playing postseason football. It also likely means the end of Jason Garrett’s tenure in Big D.
