TCU Horned Frogs wide receiver Jalen Reagor didn’t get many opportunities to make plays this season with a limited passing attack. So, when he saw a hole open up on his punt return, the explosive playmaker showed off his game-changing ability with a 70-yard touchdown.
The West Virginia Mountaineers made the mistake of punting it to him with a chance to return it. Reagor hauled in the punt at TCU’s 30-yard line, slipped out of a tackle then cut away from another defender before sprinting upfield. Once he saw the open space, he was as good as gone.
Reagor is one of the fastest receivers in college football. We haven’t seen it as much this season on offense due to inconsistent quarterback play, but Reagor’s exceptional return ability put his speed and elusiveness on display right here.
