Tony Romo ‘predicts’ Bryce Harper will sign with the Rangers

As Bryce Harper pointed out during the AFC Championship Game, Tony Romo is good at predicting what’s about to happen. As it turns out, he has a good sense of humor, too.

Harper quipped on Sunday that Romo had called him to tell the free agent where he’ll be playing next year. Romo was not going to let the opportunity to throw a bone to his Texas Rangers go by the wayside.

It’s unlikely. But we’ve heard worse ideas. At this point, anything that can speed Harper’s free agency up would be welcome.

And if Harper does end up in Texas with the Rangers. Romo needs to start predicting lottery numbers ASAP.
