Late in the second quarter of Game 1 between the Golden State Warriors and Houston Rockets, veteran point guard Chris Paul got away with a vicious cheap shot on Kevin Durant.
Durant had his hands in the air as Paul was getting around him, when suddenly Paul elbowed Durant — hard, we might add — right in the behind.

That had to hurt. Paul didn’t get called for a foul here, though he should have. And it should have been a flagrant, in this scribe’s humble opinion. This wasn’t the first chippy play of the game, however, and it’s clear this series is going to be awfully heated if it ends up going deep.
