If Tagovailoa does declare for the 2020 NFL Draft, he should still be a high first-round pick, despite his season-ending hip surgery.
If he decides to come back to Alabama for another season, then the Crimson Tide will almost certainly be one of the top-ranked teams heading into the 2020 season.
