Seven-time Super Bowl champion Tom Brady of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers is making his return to New England Sunday night to take on the future Hall of Fame quarterback’s former Patriots team.

It can’t be considered too much of a surprise that Patriots fans in attendance at Gillette Stadium gave Brady a resounding applause as he took to the field immediately ahead of the game kicking off.

The 44-year-old Tom Brady played 20 seasons with the Patriots, winning a record six Super Bowl titles in the process.

While Brady’s tenure ended following the 2019 season in large part due to some contention behind the scenes, it’s rather clear that he’s still loved in Foxborough.

This is going to be a scene as Tampa Bay looks to move to 3-1 on the season. Meanwhile, Patriots rookie quarterback Mac Jones is attempting to overcome a three-interception performance last week as he takes on GOAT.
