Dawson Knox and the Buffalo Bills are hosting the Miami Dolphins at Highmark Stadium on Sunday for an AFC Wild Card matchup. With the ‘Phins entering the game as the largest underdog in Super Wild Card history, expectations were already low.

Based on the early portion of this AFC East rivalry matchup, it could be a long afternoon for Dolphins fans. First up was Josh Allen connecting on a deep shot to Stefon Diggs for a 54-yard catch. This was their second attempt at a long pass connection after the first one was slightly overthrown by Buffalo’s rocket-armed QB.

Just one play after the Diggs bomb landed, Allen found Knox in the right corner of the endzone, where the Bills tight end managed to snag the pass with just one hand.

For Knox, it was his seventh touchdown of the season, and for the Bills, it was their first score of the 2023 playoffs. For both Knox and the Bills, it’s the latest highlight in a season that has featured plenty of emotion off the field.

But now they can put all their focus on trying to win the first Super Bowl in franchise history. A strong start against Miami is a good start, but even if they win, there are three more big tests to pass before they can hoist a Lombardi Trophy.
