The same day that has seen the Philadelphia 76ers lose free agents J.J. Redick and Jimmy Butler also now includes the team adding All-Star big man Al Horford.
According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, Philadelphia is signing Horford to a four-year, $109 million contract.
Horford is a huge get. He’ll team up with fellow All-Star Joel Embiid in creating two bigs for the Sixers.
This news also comes on the heels of Philadelphia re-signing Tobias Harris earlier on Sunday.
Horford, 33, averaged 13.6 points, 6.7 rebounds and 4.2 assists per game last season. He’s one of the better two-way bigs in the Association.
