Forced to go with their sixth quarterback of the season following the concussion Cody Kessler suffered, the Cleveland Browns received a shot in the arm from fellow rookie Kevin Hogan.
With Cleveland down 21-10 in the third quarter, the Stanford product put on a display. It didn’t come by virtue of his arm. Rather, it was a 28-yard touchdown run, the first of Hogan’s short career.

We have no idea if Hogan is going to be the answer here. More than likely, that won’t be the case. However, for one brief moment in time he proved himself capable of providing the electric play.
Depending on the severity of Kessler’s injury, Hogan should get substantial action here moving forward. It’s now up to him to make the most of it.
