Must-see matches at Wrestlemania 39

There are quite a few must-see matchups are this year’s event, however, six stand above the rest as matchups that could be highly entertaining and steal the show.

Obviously, the main event title match on night two between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes feels like a paradigm shift moment. As “The Tribal Chief” will likely see his nearly three-year run as a champion end and Rhodes be given the ball as the new top babyface in the company. The match will definitely be exciting and deliver meaningful history for the industry.

Furthermore, the other members of The Bloodline, The Usos, will be defending their unified tag titles in a highly emotional brothers versus “brothers” fight at ‘Mania. Yet the most emotional match of the night may be when 2023 WWE Hall-of-Fame inductee Rey Mysterio faces his baby boy, Domick Mysterio, in a greatly anticipated father-against-son clash.

Outside of that, if you are looking for pure spectacle, WWE legend Brock Lesnar battling current company giant Omos should be a fight with several highlight reel moments. While YouTuber turned pro athlete Logan Paul against multi-time world champ Seth Rollins has the chance to be the best match of either night.

Finally, we will get a Hell in the Cell matchup this year as WWE Hall-of-Famer Edge will look to end his months-long feud with Judgement Day leader Finn Balor. What makes this one extra special, is Balor will bring back his “The Demon” persona for the special night.
