One of the worst-kept secrets leading into the 2024 NFL Draft was that the Washington Commanders would be selecting a quarterback.
Minutes into the first round, the Commanders made Jayden Daniels the second overall pick, entrenching him as the future franchise QB in D.C.
Daniels took home the Heisman Trophy after leading the nation in touchdowns, 32 by air and 10 on the ground, and now he’ll look to terrorize defenders in the NFC East for the next decade-plus.
