Pittsburgh Penguins star Sidney Crosby was named to his 10th NHL All-Star Game as the first group of 2024 All-Star selections were revealed on Thursday evening.

The league is unveiling one player from every team who will participate in All-Star Weekend next month in Toronto. Eastern Conference All-Stars were revealed first, with the Western Conference players to be released during first intermission of the Penguins’ game against the host Boston Bruins.

A fan vote will decide the remaining 12 All-Stars.

Crosby, 36, ended a three-year absence from the game when he was selected last year. His 10 selections trail only Mario Lemieux’s 13 in Penguins history. He has 38 points with a team-high 21 goals for Pittsburgh this season.

NHL points leader Nikita Kucherov (63) will represent the Tampa Bay Lightning, and goals leader Auston Matthews (30) was selected for the host Toronto Maple Leafs.
