Seattle Mariners reinstate Diego Castillo, Anthony Misiewicz from injured list

The Seattle Mariners reinstated right-hander Diego Castillo and left-hander Anthony Misiewicz from the 10-day injured list on Saturday.

Right-hander Wyatt Mills and infielder Kevin Padlo were optioned to Triple-A Tacoma in corresponding moves.

Castillo, 27, landed on the IL on Aug. 21 with right shoulder inflammation. He is 0-1 with one save and a 3.86 ERA in 10 appearances since Seattle acquired him from the Tampa Bay Rays on July 29.

Misiewicz, 26, was placed on the IL on Aug. 28 (retroactive to Aug. 25) with a left forearm strain. He is 4-4 with a 4.08 ERA in 54 relief appearances this season with the Mariners.

Mills, 26, made his MLB debut on May 1 and has no decisions and a 9.95 ERA in 11 bullpen outings this season.

Padlo, 25, was selected off waivers from the Rays on Aug. 19. He made his Seattle debut on Friday and struck out in his only plate appearance at Arizona.
