Houston Astros reliever Roberto Osuna was in court on Wednesday regarding his domestic violence case. But no solution was reached. The next court date is scheduled for September 19, and his lawyer told the court that “discussions are ongoing,” per John Lott of The Athletic.

Osuna, then with the Toronto Blue Jays, was arrested in May and subsequently suspended for 75 games. As the suspension was nearing its end, he was acquired by the Houston Astros at the trade deadline.

While Osuna didn’t fight his suspension, he’s also maintained his innocence in speaking on the matter.

The lingering matter made Osuna’s trade quite controversial. Though, he’s remained effective. Since joining Houston, Osuna has a 1.93 ERA, 1.00 WHIP, and has struck out 15 hitters in 14 innings while saving four games.
