The Winnipeg Jets acquired forward Tyler Toffoli from the New Jersey Devils on Friday in exchange for two draft picks, TSN reported.

The Devils will receive a third-round pick in the 2024 NHL Draft and a second-round selection in 2025, multiple media outlets reported.

The reported move was made hours before the official NHL trade deadline on Friday at 3 p.m. ET.

Toffoli, 31, has recorded 44 points (26 goals, 18 assists) in 61 games this season, his first with New Jersey. He is playing on the final season of a four-year, $17 million contract and is on pace to become an unrestricted free agent this summer.

Toffoli played in all 82 games for the Calgary Flames in 2022-23 and set career highs in goals (34), assists (39) and points (73).

A Stanley Cup winner with Los Angeles in 2014, Toffoli has totaled 510 points (253 goals, 257 assists) in 794 career games with the Kings, Vancouver Canucks, Montreal Canadiens, Flames and Devils.
