After playing through his rookie season with a screw in his foot, Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Marquise Brown underwent surgery this offseason to remove the screw and he’s expected to be cleared to return when training camp begins in the summer.

Brown managed to play through pain this season and was productive in 14 games during the regular season. He hauled in seven touchdowns and averaged 12.7 yards per catch with 46 receptions.

The 22-year-old became one of the NFL’s best deep threats the moment he stepped onto the field. He also finished 2019 on a high note with 126 receiving yards against the Tennessee Titans.

Baltimore will certainly look to strengthen the supporting cast around Lamar Jackson for next season. If the Ravens can add another top receiver, it would open up even more big-play opportunities for Brown.
