Julius Randle did not exactly get his wish. The Los Angeles Lakers have reportedly renounced their restricted free agent, making him an unrestricted free agent, per ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.

Randle, still just 23 years of age, has a ton to offer another team, if he doesn’t remain in Los Angeles this coming season.
Last year, his fourth in the Association, he averaged 16.1 points, 8.0 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.5 blocks and 0.5 steals per game for the Lakers.
