One day after Kirk Cousins responded to the brutal trash talk of Zach Brown with a dominant performance, the Philadelphia Eagles released the linebacker.

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on the roster move, noting multiple teams will be interested in Brown.

Before the Eagles took on the Minnesota Vikings in Week 6, Brown called Cousins the “weakest” part of their offense. The quarterback proceeded to shred Philly’s defense to the tune of 333 yards and four touchdowns as the Vikings rolled.

Afterward, Brown refused to discuss his comments to the media.

The Vikings didn’t waste the opportunity to troll Brown and the Eagles with a big-time burn on Twitter.

Now Brown is looking for work. On the season, the linebacker has tallied 31 tackles.
