Friday brings some very positive news when it come to Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr. He practiced for the second day in a row and now is considered questionable to play this Sunday at home against the Baltimore Ravens.

This is an upgrade from a previous report that suggested Carr would be out in Week 5 but might be able to suit up in Week 6. As we can see, Carr is healing at warp speed from a transverse process fracture he suffered last game against the Denver Broncos.
If Carr continues to progress positively and can shockingly play, his possible presence Sunday would obviously be a huge upgrade over backup quarterback E.J. Manuel.
We will follow up with any further news on Carr’s playing availability as it breaks.
