One of the tops of discussion on yesterday’s podcast was what the plans at Friday’s NHL trade deadline were going to be for the New Jersey Devils. I’ll elaborate on it in another article. However, if it is, in fact, Tom Fitzgerald making the decisions, it’s in his DNA to begin prepping for next season while knowing this is a lost year.
As such, a Devils trade target was identified earlier this season, and that conversation has recently resurfaced.
Elsewhere, the cost for Robert Thomas, who is in on Vincent Trocheck, and the Adam Fox problem.
