The New Jersey Devils will need a new goaltending coach, one that couls preferablly get Jacob Markstrom back on track. If the Calgary Flames hadn’t just given their entire coaching staff a two-year extension, I’d have advocated for Sunny Mehta and Sheldon Keefe to reach out to Jason LaBarbera—Markstrom’s goalie coach during his best seasons.
However, LaBarbera will stay put where he is.
However, there are some out there that have ties to both Mehta and Keefe that could boost the position. I highlighted three names in the links below.
