There has been a lot of criticism sent Nick Suzuki‘s way, but if we’re basing our opinions on facts, rather than dusty, preconceived notions, he’s done quite well in his limited usage. He’s setting up a lot of chances, and playing quite well in his own end. Of course, this isn’t the first time there has been an unsubstantiated amount of criticism sent his way, and if we’re being perfectly honest, it seems that most of it is once again coming from Ontario. If we leave emotions aside, Suzuki has clearly performed at a very respectable level for Team Canada.
A disproportionate amount of discourse on Suzuki I think. He's been good; not as noticeable as he often is in Montreal as the primary puck handler but he's created a lot of opportunities and held up his end defensively. https://t.co/srKQtya5q9 pic.twitter.com/kM1lV4kpYD

Montreal Victoire forward Marie-Philip Poulin continues to dominate for Team Canada at the Winter Olympic Games. The 34-year-old forward scored both goals in Canada’s surprisingly difficult 2-1 win versus Switzerland on Monday, which means she now has the record for the most goals in Olympic history (20).
Nobody in women's ice hockey Olympic history has ever scored more goals than Marie-Philip Poulin. 🔥🏒

Speaking of Canadian women, they will face Team USA in the gold medal game on Thursday. It will be a difficult match-up for Canada, as the USA dominated them to the tune of 5-0 in the prelims. Simply put, the USA is younger, faster, and stronger, but Canada is known for showing up when it matters most.
It’s official: Team Canada and Team USA will meet in the Olympic women’s hockey gold medal game on Feb. 19.
