Terrance Williams, Wide Receiver, Dallas Cowboys Williams has nothing in his way to becoming the Cowboys starter opposite Dez Bryant. Tony Romo is supposedly healthy, and the Cowboys throw all day, everyday. All good things if you are targeting Williams for your fantasy squad.
