Three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver A.J. Brown is one of the best pass-catchers in the NFL. The Philadelphia Eagles love the rare combination of size, speed, and strength that the 6-foot-1, 226-pound receiver brings to the table for their Super Bowl-winning offense.
Yet, that doesn’t mean he’s always on the best terms with everyone inside the organization. Even when it means going at head coach Nick Sirianni.
On Sunday, with the Eagles leading the 49ers 13-10, cameras caught Brown’s angry tirade between him and coach Sirianni. Both sides were screaming at each other, and neither one seemed to want to back down.
In fact, it took Eagles director of security ‘Big’ Dom DiSandro to separate Brown and Sirianni.

There’s always tension during NFL games, but especially so when the playoffs are underway. Teams know the stakes. It’s win or go home. Thus, if there’s a time to be fired up, it’s during the game.
It didn’t help that Hurts and Brown failed to connect on a deep shot just seconds earlier. Both sides are clearly motivated to win, and losing plays certainly don’t help. Will this heated conversation help get them spun in the right direction?
Meanwhile, coach Sirianni insists he was simply trying to get Brown off the field in hopes of avoiding a penalty for too many players on the field. Sirianni says, “We’ll go back to loving each other. We’re just fine, thanks.”

Brown has been targeted five times, but he’s only hauled in three of those receptions for 25 yards. As for the Eagles, they’ll hope to rebound in the second half and avoid sideline spats while doing so.
