Talk about a dumb law. San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Daniel Kilgore was arrested for public intoxication when a Kingsport, Tennessee cop saw him and a friend “staggering home.” Hmm, maybe Kilgore should have called a taxi, but under this “law” Las Vegas and New York City would have  REAL inmate problems.
