Hong-Kong based PSG Talon made waves in League of Legends circles Monday when they announced they were parting ways with mid laner Huang “Maple” Yi-Tang. That move now has added context, as PSG Talon on Thursday announced its 2022 roster.

Top laner Huang “Azhi” Shang-Chih joins the roster, along with jungler Lee “Juhan” Ju-han and mid laners Jason “Kanna” Ng and Park “Bay” Jun-byeong.

Azhi hails from Taiwan, while Juhan and Bay are from South Korea and Kanna is from Hong Kong, which could lead to some communication issues, at least in the short term.

Still, the Talon Esports and Paris Saint-Germain partnered organization returns three players from last year’s team that finished first at the PCS Spring and Summer Playoffs.

The returning players expected to offer continuity and leadership are Su “Hanabi” Chia-Hsiang, Wong “Unified” Chun Kit and Ling “Kaiwing” Kai Wing.
