Miami Dolphins reportedly interviewing former head coach in a move that could hurt division rival

Miami Dolphins: Leslie Frazier interviewing

Former Minnesota Vikings coach and ex-Buffalo Bills defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier is interviewing for the Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator position, according to reports.

Frazier is one of five candidates confirmed as talking to the Dolphins, as they look to replace Vic Fangio who is now with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Frazier has been out of coaching for a year after he and the Bills announced he would not be back after the 2022 season.

Leslie Frazier has been coaching in the NFL since 1999

Frazier has two decades of head coach and defensive coordinator experience.

Three times from 2019-22, his Bills defense has been in the top two in the NFL.

He was the head coach of the Vikings from 2011-13 and had a 21-32-1 record. The 2012 team finished 10-6 and lost to the Green Bay Packers in the NFC Wild Card round.
