Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marcus Peters celebrated last weekend’s win over Buffalo by drinking a beer with fans in the stands. It cost him $14,037, per Ian Rapoport of NFL Media, who reported the NFL fined Peters for his celebration.

That Peters was fined is hardly surprising. The NFL has many rules, some of them bordering on the ridiculous, and it’s a given that “drinking with fans in the stands” is against one of them.
