Luka Doncic and the Dallas Mavericks fell at home Wednesday night to the Phoenix Suns by the score of 132-109.

It wasn’t for a lack of production from Doncic. He dropped 34 points with eight rebounds and nine assists. Unfortunately, the NBA MVP candidate’s game won’t be remembered for that.

Doncic was being heckled by a Suns fan inside American Airlines Center in Big D. The star decided to call said fan out to security, getting him ejected in the process.

What did the fan say to Doncic to deserve this?

“Luka, you’re tired! Get your a** on the treadmill!”

Seriously.

What’s even crazier here is the fact that Kyrie Irving went over to the fan before he was ejected from the game. We’re not even sure where to start here.

Players really can’t be that soft in these types of situations. Fans get ejected for legitimate reasons. It happens all of the time. This was not one of those times.

It will be interesting to see if this topic is broached post-game.
