It’s good to be king. LeBron James, as part of his recent partnership with Warner Bros., is now the proud new owner of a bungalow at the movie studio.

Warner Bros. is all-in on James’ new company, SpringHill Entertainment. Not only is James being awarded A-List status with a Hollywood studio bungalow, but he and his partner, Maverick Carter, both have their own parking spaces.
Even more impressive is the fact that James’ studio home is being featured as part of the Warner Bros. tourist tour, per TMZ.
Space Jam 2 cannot come fast enough. James is set to work on the project, reportedly, and this latest development only further lends credence to the fact that the sequel is finally on its way.
