Landon Collins is still salty about the way things ended between himself, the New York Giants, and general manager Dave Gettleman.

Appearing on NFL Network Monday, Collins made it clear he still holds a big grudge, and that if Gettleman shows up on the field before one of their games this year he’d be in danger of being hit.

“I would try to tell one of my defensive back coaches, Throw the ball in that direction. Give him a nice little thud, a little run over,” Collins said, per Pro Football Talk.

Collins also said that he envisions Gettleman would be on the turf when it was over, noting, “I don’t think he’s got the skill level to stay on his feet.”

While Collins is likely not serious about this, the threat shows how keenly he still feels Gettleman’s decision to let him go and hit free agency.

Certainly, Collins got much more money in Washington than he ever would have in New York. Yet he’s clearly bitter about how the Giants valued him and cannot wait to prove them wrong.
