The New York Giants let three-time Pro Bowler and 2016 First-team All-Pro safety Landon Collins leave without offering him a contract. Now that he’s signed on with the NFC East rival Washington Redskins, Collins is chomping at the bit to play against his former team.
In an interview with 106.7 The Fan Thursday, Collins made it clear the games against New York are very much on his mind.

When Collins agreed to a deal with Washington, it was clear he was making a big statement with the move.
Of course, the money helped, too. Yet given the disappointment he expressed about New York letting him go without a fight it’s clear this is personal, too.
For the foreseeable future, Collins will get the chance to prove the Giants made a big mistake letting him go — twice a year.
