Details from the indictment of Philadelphia Eagles players Josh Stills have been revealed, and they are quite disturbing.

The Eagles are just over a week away from completing what has been a magical journey to the Super Bowl. Philadelphia has been one of the best stories in the NFL all season as they became a juggernaut led by a bruising defense and a young MVP candidate in quarterback Jalen Hurts. However, a dark cloud was placed over the positive vibes yesterday morning.

On Wednesday, it was revealed that rookie offensive lineman Josh Sills had been indicted by a grand jury in Ohio on charges of rape and kidnapping, stemming from an incident in 2019. Following the news, the NFL placed the 25-year-old on the Commissioner Exempt List. This means the former Oklahoma State and West Virginia player cannot participate in practices, games, or travel with the team while on the list.

Josh Stills is expected in a Guernsey County courtroom on Feb. 16 to respond to the charges against him, and on Thursday details of the horrifying events in December involving the Philadelphia Eagles talent were revealed.

On Wednesday, TMZ Sports obtained the police report that detailed Sills’ crimes during a disturbing encounter on Dec. 5, 2019. In the report, the then-21-year-old victim claims that after she and her cousin were driven home by Sills, the football player pulled her back into her car while her relative walked off not expecting any malice to occur.

In the vehicle, Sills allegedly forced himself on the woman, before grabbing her neck and throwing her down on the seat. She claims he started to unbutton her pants and grope her while she repeatedly asked him to stop. Despite her request, he continued, eventually pulling her on top of him and allegedly said “she was doing this and was not leaving until she did this.”

The report then claims the Philadelphia Eagles rookie forced the woman to perform oral sex for nearly 20 minutes before eventually letting her go. The documents note that the victim — who had known Josh Sills — had bruising in the back of her throat, her inner lip, her right ear, and on the back of her knee following the alleged assault.

The various chargers against Josh Sills could lead to a penalty of up to eight years in prison.
