The Vegas Golden Knights acquired defenseman Dysin Mayo in a trade with the Arizona Coyotes on Wednesday.
In exchange the Coyotes acquired a 2023 fifth-round draft pick as well as the contract of defenseman Shea Weber.
Mayo, 26, played in 15 games this season and has four goals and eight assists in 82 career games for Arizona.
Weber, 37, has not played since the 2021 Stanley Cup Final due to various injuries. His deal runs through 2025-26.
