Former Dolphins great Bob Griese rips Miami on live radio broadcast

Bob Griese won two Super Bowls with the Miami Dolphins and is a Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, so he knows a thing or two about playing at a high level. Now with the Dolphins Radio Broadcast team as a color commentator, he isn’t pleased with what he’s seen from the organization this year.

Miami is in Foxborough this Sunday playing AFC East rival New England. It’s not going well, predictably, and the Patriots showed how little they fear the Fins on the game’s first drive with a fake punt backed up in their own territory (watch).

Seemingly in the blink of an eye after that, not only did New England score once, it went up 14-0.

That’s when Griese lost it.

The Dolphins came into this game on a four-game losing skid, so it’s easy to see why Griese is frustrated.

Not much has gone well for the Dolphins in 2017. It started when Ryan Tannehill was lost for the season before it ever began. Jay Cutler has been an awful replacement, and it’s hard to say there’s been one aspect of the team that’s played up to or has exceeded expectations.

Stay strong, Griese and all you Dolphins fans out there. There are still five more games after this one to endure.
