Now back where his NFL career started, Philadelphia Eagles receiver DeSean Jackson will get back to doing something he’s really good at, a little more often.

Jackson was recently seen fielding punts during Eagles practices.

On Monday, Eagles special teams coach Dave Flipp said Jackson is on board with returning punts in 2019, per Paul Domowitch of the Philadelphia Daily News. Domowitch noted it wouldn’t be a full-time position for the vet, but that it would be more than the five he attempted last year: “Probably closer to the 14 he had in his last season with the Eagles.”

Before he emerged as one of the NFL’s premier deep threats, Jackson made his bones as a punt returner for the Eagles. He scored four touchdowns on punt returns in his first three seasons and has averaged 9.4 yards per return throughout his career.

Still one of the fastest men in the NFL, Jackson can take it the distance on any given play. If he’s out there returning punts this year for the Eagles, get your popcorn ready.
