When it comes to soccer superstars, you won’t find many larger than Cristiano Ronaldo. The Portuguese legend may be 39 now, but he still has the talent to rile up sports fans wherever he goes.

These days, the former Manchester United and Real Madrid star is playing for Al Nassr in the Saudi Pro League, and he’s still just as controversial as always.

On Sunday, it came in the form of another celebration after Ronaldo committed what some might see as a sexually obscene gesture following the final whistle in Al Nassr’s 3-2 win over their rival Al Shabab.

Ronaldo apparently did this in response to fans, who could be heard shouting “Messi!” over and over, reminding the superstar of his longtime Argentinian rival.

Many spectators watching the game likely don’t even know Ronaldo performed the gesture, as the act was not caught on TV cameras. But that’s what the fans are for, as someone was able to capture it and spread it around social media for all to see.

Longtime fans of Ronaldo are quick to remind us that this is not his first on-field sexual reference. He also previously grabbed his genitals on his way back to the locker room back in April of 2023.

Ronaldo leads all Saudi league scorers with 22 goals in just 20 games this season and his team is set to play in the quarterfinals in March.
