Cowboys CB calls out fellow NFL players over recent arrests

Dallas Cowboys cornerback Jourdan Lewis

It’s rather strange. An otherwise quiet NFL offseason off the field has taken a turn in recent days. It started with arrest warrants being issued for cornerbacks Deandre Baker (New York Giants) and Quinton Dunbar (Seattle Seahawks) on Thursday.

Both are facing multiple felonies and decades in prison after allegedly robbing a number of unknown individuals at gunpoint earlier this week in Florida.

Meanwhile, Washington Redskins wide receiver Cody Latimer was arrested early Saturday morning in Colorado on multiple charges, including assault.

What is happening? That’s the question Dallas Cowboys corner Jourdan Lewis posed on social media earlier on Saturday.

While some will point to multiple Cowboys players finding themselves in trouble off the field recently, Lewis is 100% correct here.

How in the world can you get in trouble when most of the country still has stay-at-home orders during the ongoing pandemic? It really is troublesome.
