Christian McCaffrey stats (2023): 553 rushing yards, 177 receiving yards, 9 total touchdowns
Well, on Sunday morning ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter delivered a big update on the status of McCaffrey for Week 7.
“All signs point to 49ers’ RB Christian McCaffrey playing Monday night at Minnesota, despite the fact that he is listed as questionable due to an oblique injury, per sources,” Schefter reported on X, formerly Twitter. “McCaffrey returned to practice in a limited way Saturday and said after that he feels ‘great.'”

While their defense is one of the best in the league and would have kept them in the game against Minnesota, having McCaffrey available will make life that much easier for young quarterback Brock Purdy. A player who is still developing talent for one of the best offenses in the NFL this season.
