The Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday put forwards Alexandre Texier and Eric Robinson, and defenseman Jake Bean on injured reserve.
Robinson (MCL sprain) is expected to miss six weeks while Texier (fractured finger) and Bean (groin strain) are expected to miss four weeks, per the club. All three were placed on IR retroactively to the end of January.
In a corresponding move, the club added forward Brendan Gaunce on emergency recall from its AHL affiliate, the Cleveland Monsters.
Bean, 23, was injured Jan. 30 at Montreal. He has 15 points (four goals, 11 assists) and 20 penalty minutes in 41 games in his first season with the Blue Jackets. The blueliner was acquired in a trade from the Carolina Hurricanes last July.
Robinson, 26, was injured Jan. 31 vs. Florida. He has 17 points (six goals, 11 assists) in 42 games.
Texier, 22, suffered his injury Jan. 26 vs. Calgary. He has set single-season career highs in goals (11) and points (20) in 36 contests.
The Blue Jackets begin a five-game road trip Tuesday in Washington.
