Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid has been one of the most talked-about people ahead of Super Bowl LIV against the San Francisco 49ers.
Given the solid-gold quotes he’s been offering up to the media ahead of the big game, that’s just gravy. Speaking of which, on Thursday morning Reid was discussing his nine grandchildren when he served up an amazing quote.
Describing them, he said, “They keep you young and at the same time make you feel old. It’s kind of like sweet and sour pork.”
This isn’t the first food-related discussion Reid has had with the media recently, either. And it’s not the first time he’s used food to describe something totally unrelated to food.
Like butter, he’s on a roll.
