Sportsnaut’s 2023 undrafted NFL free agent tracker is now live. Below, we will provide you with live updates on the top undrafted free agents and where they have signed.

Some might tune out after three days of the NFL Draft. That’s fine. But undrafted free agents have played a huge role in the history of football. Hall of Famers such as Kurt Warner, Dick “Night Train” Lane, Warren Moon and Joe Perry ended up going undrafted.

More recently, teams have found some gems after the draft. J.C. Jackson, Justin Tucker, Adam Thielen and Austin Ekeler are primary examples of that. With that as a backdrop, let’s delve into our 2023 undrafted NFL free agent tracker.

  • Ben Sims, TE, Baylor: Sims was solid the past two seasons at Baylor, recording a combined 52 catches for 616 yards and nine touchdowns.
  • Ivan Pace, ILB, Cincinnati: Despite having 261 tackles in the past two seasons, measuring in at 5-foot-10 1/2 inches may limit Pace’s ceiling at the next level. Still, he’s an instinctive linebacker who plays with a lot of power despite his smaller stature. Pace was expected to be a late-round pick, and was considered one of the best players available after the NFL Draft.
  • Andre Carter, EDGE, Army: After finishing second in the nation, only behind Will Anderson, with 14.5 sacks in 2021, Carter was projected as a potential first-round prospect heading into 2022. His stock dropped after getting to the QB just 3.5 times, but at 6-foot-6, he’s an enticing edge rusher who could get more consistent as he adds strength while developing more pass-rush moves.
