NFL

The dominoes are falling as the threat of COVID-19 continues to swell in the United States. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, “multiple NFL teams” are talking about shutting down their training facilities due to the coronavirus.

This news follows an announcement by the Washington Redskins that they are recalling all coaches, scouts and other personnel from the scouting trail, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reportedly done the same.

The college basketball world also is experiencing similar fallout, with multiple top tournaments being abruptly cancelled Thursday morning. And of course, the NBA season has been suspended indefinitely following positive tests for Utah Jazz stars Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell.
