Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger hasn’t thrown a football in months since undergoing season-ending elbow surgery last year. That’s now a thing of the past.

The Steelers shared an eye-opening video of Roethlisberger throwing a football, though it’s weird that he’s still looking like a mountain man after what he said about his beard and his rehab progress.

We’re not sure if that’s a regulation-sized ball or not, but it really doesn’t matter.

Throwing the ball was always a huge milestone in his recovery, and if he continues to make good progress this spring it appears Roethlisberger will be ready for the 2020 season, after all.
