Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant was injured in the second quarter of Game 5 of the NBA Finals.
Some of the Toronto Raptors fans, who booed Durant as he came on the floor prior to Game 5, were cheering as Durant was on the ground. Those cheers were quickly quieted by the Toronto players.
That’s the worst and best of sportsmanship all in less than a minute.
It’s not a good look for any fans to cheer for any player being injured. There is no scenario where that will be okay. Not surprisingly, Raptors fans were ripped for their pathetic display of poor sportsmanship.
